My latest order a 40x40 inch frame has an imperfection on it! I’m so disappointed. I need to hang my solo exhibition on March 28 so there isn’t time for a replacement

I loved working with the team - they were patient, made changes for me, helped guide me on their site on how to place the order. I work for a school and we have printed round and horizontal prints. Both are fantastic and they know how to crop. You won\'t be disappointed.

Erika P., | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
